This Privacy Policy describes how PDF Document Team (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile application PDF Reader Editor (“the App”).

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all users of the App on iOS and any related services provided by PDF Document Team. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information

We do NOT collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or home address unless you voluntarily provide it (for example, when contacting support).

If you contact us, we may retain your message and contact details solely for support purposes.

2.2 Device and Usage Data

To improve app performance, reliability, and user experience, we use:

• Google Firebase Analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Firebase Performance Monitoring

These services may collect anonymized technical data including:

• Device model and operating system
• App version
• Feature usage patterns
• Crash reports and performance metrics
• Approximate location at country level (not precise GPS)

This information is aggregated and does not directly identify you.

2.3 Advertising Data (Ads)

If you use the free version of the App, we may display advertisements via Google AdMob or other advertising networks.

These ad providers may collect:

• Device advertising identifier
• App interaction data
• Approximate location

You can manage or limit personalized ads in your device privacy settings.

2.4 Your PDF Files and Documents

All PDF files you open, edit, annotate, or create in the App are stored locally on your device.

We do NOT upload, scan, read, analyze, or share your personal documents.

Your files leave your device only if you explicitly share them yourself (e.g., via Email, AirDrop, iCloud Drive, or other apps).

3. In-App Purchases (IAP)

The App offers optional paid features via Apple In-App Purchase.

PDF Document Team does NOT store your credit card details, Apple ID password, or payment information. All transactions are handled directly by Apple.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase Analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Google AdMob (Advertising)
• Apple App Store Billing

Each service operates under its own privacy policy, and PDF Document Team is not responsible for their practices.

5. Data Storage & Retention

All user documents remain on your device. We do not maintain cloud servers that store your PDFs.

Anonymous analytics data may be retained by Firebase according to Google’s retention policies.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data within the App. However, no digital system is completely secure.

We recommend securing your device with Face ID, Touch ID, or a passcode.

7. Children’s Privacy

This App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
